Edgeline Resources (formerly Wedgwood) believes learning should be active and fun; Edgeline uses both of these principles in structuring all of its workshops making learning meaningful and sustainable.
Edgeline has served the community for nearly two decades using an experiential learning model. Team games, initiatives and other activities are used by our professional facilitators to initiate individual and group learning. As these activities unfold, the group learns about trust, communication and respect.
Our goal is to help groups develop their greatest asset: people.
If people are in right relationships with one another, the group environment will remain healthy and people will do their jobs more effectively.
Working toward right relationships is an ongoing process. Fortunately, there are many things that can be done to create right relationships. Spending a day with Edgeline Resources is the first step in creating right relationships.
